DSC05237At Tactical Rescue Solutions (TRS), we hand pick our staff and instructors for their level of expertise, experience, instructional skill, and professionalism. The instructors we choose believe in what we do and have a passion for teaching and the areas in which they teach. This drive is what sets TRS apart from the rest, our instructors teach techniques they believe in and work at always improving the areas in which they are trained.

Our technique is to focus on fundamentals, where methods are designed to gradually expose and incorporate skills and information to the participant and to gradually build on experience as they add new information and skills as previous information is absorbed and applied.

Practical skills are incorporated in every course we teach. We do this because we believe that the “hands on approach” is how participants learn best.

Most importantly our instructors firmly believe that they are never “experts”, thus training and learning never stops. In our view, there are always new methods and skills to learn and hone.

So, just like our participants, our staff is always expanding their knowledge through practical experience, continuing education and additional training.

Our Technical Rescue Staff is comprised of current and former fire, medical and technical rescue instructors with years of combined expertise and firsthand operational skill-sets. All instructors are vetted and certified in their areas of expertise.

Our Tactical Operations Staff is comprised of current and former law enforcement, SWAT, K9, Tactical Medics, and former members of USSOCOM with 75+ years of combined expertise and firsthand operational skill-sets. All instructors are vetted and certified in their areas of expertise.

Tactical Rescue Solutions is first-responder owned and operated.
